JettSet Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
- “Client” refers to the individual or entity engaging JettSet’s services.
- “JettSet” refers to the lifestyle and aviation concierge service provider.
- “Operator” refers to the licensed third-party aviation provider operating flights arranged by JettSet.
- “Services” refers to the aviation and lifestyle services provided by JettSet.
- “Charter Price” means the total cost payable by the Client for the charter and associated services.
2. Nature of Services
JettSet acts as a broker and concierge. We facilitate private aviation, chauffeur bookings, event access, and lifestyle arrangements through vetted third-party suppliers. We do not operate aircraft or vehicles and therefore accept no responsibility for the operation of flights or third-party service performance.
3. Client Obligations
Clients must ensure that all information provided is accurate and up to date. It is the Client’s responsibility to:
- Obtain valid travel documentation for all passengers;
- Adhere to all Operator and service provider rules;
- Ensure punctuality for scheduled departures and appointments;
- Provide passenger details at least 7 days prior to travel or as requested.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in additional charges or refusal of service.
4. Pricing and Payments
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required upon confirmation of booking. The full balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to departure.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Route or itinerary changes;
- On-board services (Wi-Fi, catering, entertainment, etc.);
- Aircraft waiting time, airport handling, or de-icing fees.
Late payments may incur interest charges of 3% above the Bank of England base rate, as well as administrative costs.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
In the event of cancellation by the Client, the following fees will apply:
- 20% if cancelled more than 30 days prior to departure
- 50% if cancelled 14–30 days prior
- 75% if cancelled 7–14 days prior
- 100% if cancelled within 7 days of departure or in the case of a no-show
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be subject to deductions for costs already incurred.
6. Authorised Representatives
If a Client books on behalf of another person or group, they confirm they have full authority to act on behalf of those individuals and accept responsibility for their compliance with these terms.
7. Conduct and Compliance
All Clients and passengers must comply with the conduct policies of the relevant Operators and suppliers. JettSet reserves the right to refuse service to any Client or party deemed to present a safety, legal, or reputational risk.
8. Force Majeure
JettSet shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or industrial actions.
If such events persist for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the agreement without penalty.
9. Liability
JettSet acts purely as an intermediary and is not liable for delays, losses, damages, cancellations, or failures caused by Operators or third-party providers.
The Client is responsible for any damage or additional costs caused by themselves or members of their party.
10. Data Protection
JettSet will process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and our Privacy Policy. Data may be shared with third parties only where necessary to deliver services and with the Client’s consent or legal justification.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any complaints should be raised in writing within 14 days of the event giving rise to the issue. JettSet will make every effort to resolve matters promptly and amicably. Failing this, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Amendments
These terms may be amended from time to time. Clients will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
14. VIP Lifestyle Services
JettSet offers Clients access to exclusive lifestyle services including, but not limited to:
- Priority bookings for private aviation, luxury ground transport, and premium accommodations;
- Access to high-demand events (film festivals, fashion weeks, major sporting events);
- Restaurant reservations, private dining, and curated cultural experiences;
- Personal shopping, wellness bookings, and concierge medicine;
- Property sourcing, security arrangements, and destination planning.
All VIP services are subject to availability and may carry additional fees. While JettSet endeavours to accommodate all requests, no guarantee is made regarding fulfilment of time-sensitive or highly exclusive demands, especially during peak periods.
15. Membership Tiers
JettSet may offer Clients the opportunity to join a membership programme, structured into three tiers:
a)
Emerald Tier (Entry Level)
- Access to concierge services during standard hours;
- Exclusive partner offers and priority waitlisting;
- Quarterly curated lifestyle benefits
b)
Sapphire Tier (Preferred)
- 24/7 global concierge assistance;
- Annual itinerary planning session;
- Fast-track bookings for flights, events, and venues;
- Complimentary upgrades where available
c)
Diamond Tier (Elite)
- Personal Lifestyle Manager assigned;
- Bespoke service design (e.g. monthly or seasonal itineraries);
- VIP invitations to private events and previews;
- Exclusive access to limited-availability experiences.
Membership benefits, inclusions, and fees may change over time. Full details are provided upon
enrolment. Clients may upgrade or cancel their membership with 30 days’ written notice, subject
to the terms of their individual membership agreement.
16. Loyalty & Reward Scheme
JettSet may introduce a loyalty scheme rewarding Clients for continued engagement. Benefits
may include:
- Complimentary service credits after a set number of bookings;
- Invitations to partner-hosted events;
- Surprise gifts or experiences based on preferences.
Loyalty rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable. JettSet reserves the right to
amend or withdraw the scheme at its discretion, with notice to participating Clients.
17. Exclusivity & Conduct
Memberships and loyalty privileges are extended at the discretion of JettSet. Any misuse,
abusive conduct, or reputational risk arising from Client behaviour may result in immediate
suspension or termination of benefits, with no refund or compensation.
